Our Team Spirit
Our vision will continue to be that each and every child deserves to play baseball or softball in Cal Ripken or Babe Ruth. I will continue to build on the tradition and framework that Mr. Steve Bentley laid out for all of us to follow.
Home Field Advantage.
Hopefully over the next few years, we will be able to grow Cal Ripken and Babe Ruth so that multiple cities, towns and counties will have an opportunity to play Host to these State Tournament.
Summer Season
Baseball is played in the most wonderful time of the year, spring and summer. We only get so many days to enjoy the green grass, the singing of the birds and the laughter of the kids on a baseball field. Make the most of it because before you know it, they have grown into young adults…

Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches
To all Managers and Assistant Coaches, you’ll be required to be in full uniform during All State Tournament games. That will include pants, Uniform top/pullover with Cal Ripken or Babe Ruth patches on the uniform top. Also, Coaches, as part of the tournament book, it must include background checks and abuse certification that you shoud have completed before the season.
